Waverly home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Waverly rose by $19,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,000 - a 172.7% increase over the $11,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Waverly in May 2019, as well.
