Jacksonville home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Jacksonville fell by $24,320 while total sales increased by 91.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,680 - a 21.9% decrease over the $111,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Jacksonville in May 2019.
