1) The Regular Meeting of the Illini West High School District 307 of Hancock, McDonough, and Henderson Counties, IL was called to order at 7:00 PM. The meeting was held as a ZOOM meeting because of Covid-19.

4) Motion by B Pence, seconded by S Pence to amend Minutes of the Regular Meeting on April 15, 2020 and Executive Session on April 15, 2020. B Pence had voted NO regarding 12aii and had been recorded as voting YES. Roll Call: Anders/yes; B Pence/yes; Wilde-Tillman/yes; Wujek/yes; Huston/yes; S Pence/yes. Motion carried.
5) Motion by Anders, seconded by S Pence to approve the bills as presented. Roll Call: Wujek/yes; B Pence/yes; Wilde-Tillman/yes; Anders/yes; S Pence/yes; Huston/yes. Motion carried.

Additional comments: Beth asked about where we are with the building for the future committee? Board discussion on where we are now, needs, and how we might move forward. Know what price the elementary building would sell for?
Kim can pull together a list of items that can a starting point with a special meeting sometime in June in the gymnasium with social distancing.
Do the Superintendent's evaluation as well.
