Jacksonville home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Jacksonville fell by $16,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $94,500 - a 14.9% decrease over the $111,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Jacksonville in August 2019.
