Attorney’s Report/Ordinances & Resolutions – Waste Management Contract Resolution
Ald. Glisan made a motion to accept the cleanup dates of September 28th and September 29th that
Waste Management offered to satisfy our contract and that we withhold $12,504.08 from the final payment to paid upon completion of the city wide cleanup days they proposed. Ald. Coates seconded
the motion. A roll call vote was taken with the results as follows:
