Waverly home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Waverly rose by $2,135 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,900 - a 2.7% increase over the $77,765 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Waverly in the third quarter of 2019.
