7.1 Resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $2,795,000 Taxable General Obligation Refunding School Bonds of the District for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding bonds of the District, providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal and interest on the bonds, authorizing the execution of an escrow agreement in connection therewith and authorizing the sale of the bonds to Bernardi Securities Inc.
7.2 Approve the purchase of new laptops for the elementary school for the amount of $16,417.72
7.3 Approve the purchase of new laptops for the JH/HS for the amount of $9,701.38
7.4 Personnel Consent Agenda, as presented and recommended, pending proper certifications and/or requirements
7.4.1Approval of Employment of Personnel
• Recognize and approve the resignation of Tammy Hermes
• Recognize and approve the resignation of Brian Cook
• Approve the appointment of Scott Hendricks to be the interim Principal for the 2020-2021 school year
• Approve the appointment of Robin Lowder to be the interim Dean of students for the first semester of the 2020-2021 school year.
