UNFINISHED BUSINESS
1.Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class A liquor license for Niemann Foods Inc. D/B/A Apollo Coin Laundry #687.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and approval. A revised copy of the ordinance is attached for your review.
2.Consideration of an ordinance annexing certain territory located in a part of the Southwest Quarter of Section Five (5), Township Five (5) North, Range Two (2) West of the Fourth Principal Meridian, McDonough County, Illinois (Julie Davis Trust).
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and approval. A revised copy of the ordinance is attached for your review.
3.Consideration of a resolution extending the Mayoral Emergency Proclamation Declaring a Civil Emergency due to the COVID-19 Pandemic issued April 16, 2020.
This was discussed last Monday and final adopted will be in order.
4.Consideration to authorize the purchase of software for the Community Development Office, Public Works Department and Business Office from BA&S Software.
This was a recommendation from the General Government committee and a memo from CA Coker is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.
5.Other unfinished business.
NEW BUSINESS
1.Presentation from Wermer, Rogers, Doran & Ruzon, LLC on the audit for the City of Macomb’s fiscal year ending April 30, 2020.
A representative will be here to review the audit.
2.Consideration to approve the quote from Eric Thomas d/b/a Electric Oak for professional services to redesign the City of Macomb’s webpage.
Attached is a memo from CA Coker along with a copy of the quote for your review. Final action will be in order.
3.Consideration to authorize the purchase of Chamber of Commerce gift certificates for city employees for Christmas in the amount of $30.00 each.
This is annual purchase for the city. There will be 104 employees who will receive these certificates. Final action will be in order.
4.Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of 10905 E. 1200th St. in the one and one-half mile zoning buffer of the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-1 One-Family Residential to AG-Agricultural.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.
5.Consideration of an ordinance authorizing the sale of certain personal property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.
This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.
