The special meeting of the Carthage E.S.D. #317 Board of Education was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Board Vice-President Robert Menn.
Roll call: Trish Markley/present; Amy Graham/present; Brent Ufkes/absent; Luke Burling/present; Robert Menn/present; Andrea Jones/present; Brandon Gooding/present.
It was moved by Mrs. Graham and seconded by Mr. Burling to enter into executive session at 5:31 p.m. for the purpose of discussing collective negotiating. Roll Call: Mrs. Markley/yes; Mrs. Graham/yes; Mr. Ufkes/absent; Mr. Burling/yes; Mr. Menn/yes; Mrs. Jones/yes; Mr. Gooding/yes. Motion carried 6-0.
Teachers entered meeting at 6:00 PM
Trish Markley left the meeting at 7:55 PM
It was moved by Mr. Gooding and seconded by Mrs. Jones to exit executive session at 9:36 p.m. Roll Call: Mrs. Markley/absent; Mrs. Graham/yes; Mr. Ufkes/absent; Mr. Burling/yes; Mr. Menn/yes; Mrs. Jones/yes; Mr. Gooding/yes. Motion carried 5-0.
