City of Jacksonville issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
Mulligan's will be open this Saturday, December 12th from 11am-8pm for outdoor dining, carry out and delivery. Call (217)243-5761 to place you carry out and delivery orders.
Please make plans to support this locally owned business on Saturday.
