The Jacksonville City Council at its regular meeting of Monday, December 14th, 2020 passed and approved an Ordinance Amending the Jacksonville Municipal Code, Chapter 2 Administration, Article IX. - Health, Adding New Section 2-260 Declaration Of Health Emergency By Mayor And Public Health Requirement To Wear Masks In Public Spaces.
