City of Waverly City Council met March 8.
Here is the agenda as provided by the council:
1. Call to Order and Roll Call.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. An Ordinance authorizing and providing for an Installment Purchase Agreement for the purpose of paying the cost of purchasing natural gas for the City of Waverly, Morgan County, Illinois, and for the issue of a not to exceed $375,000.00 Debt Certificate, Series 2021, of said City evidencing the rights to payment under said Agreement, providing for the security for and means of payment under said Agreement of said Certificate, and authorizing the sale of said Certificate to the Illinois Finance Authority.
