Jacksonville home prices rose in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Jacksonville rose by $17,250 while total sales increased by 22.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 186 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,250 - a 19.2% increase over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Jacksonville in the second half of 2019.
