Jacksonville home prices fell in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Jacksonville fell by $4,430 while total sales increased by 73.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,250 - a 5.1% decrease over the $86,680 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Jacksonville in May 2020.
