John R. Kerr Russell W. Yates acquires 16 Sunnydale Ave., Jacksonville

On July 1, Jeffrey J. Lesa A. Haggerty purchased a home at 16 Sunnydale Ave., Jacksonville from John R. Kerr Russell W. Yates for $155,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $3,223.56, 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Jacksonville in July 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, John R. Yates has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 14 primary elections, records show, including 11 Democratic Primaries and three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 16 Sunnydale Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Russell W. Kerr, 75, and John R. Yates, 79.
