Waverly median home prices rose by 51.4% in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Waverly rose by $27,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,250 - a 51.4% increase over the $53,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Waverly in the second quarter of 2020.
