Jenny stated that she did get approved for the USDA Grant and also another grant for black topping of the parking lot but will get with Rachel Mast, States Attorney as far as bidding it out and make sure it is done correct.

Jenny is going to Dallas City tonight to their meeting and they are talking about coming back into the rest of the County, but needed to discuss with their attorney and she thought they may vote on it tonight, and then hopefully it will go back to vote to the people to come back into the rest of the County. She will keep us informed and this will take some time. She is also working with La Harpe and trying to help them out and did a Stop Bleeding training with them.

Amy Hall, Administrator with the County Health Department entered the meeting and gave and update on the COVID. There is a rise in Hancock County, we are at 10.2%m and do have 29 isolated. Some of the other Counties close by like McDonough is 11% and Adams is 12.5% so they are watching this as anything over 8% is being watched. They have been doing a lot of maintenance on the outside of the building and also inside, so things are rather a mess at this time. She stated that the auditors only found two things that needed to be corrected and they are working on them. Also at this time she doesn't think she will need any money from ARPA.

Janet ask her if there were any more services they could do for the County as Education and she said they do go to some of the schools, when they are asked. The members discussed some different options with her and she is willing to help where she can, if the Department of Health will allow it.
