On Aug. 2, Central Laborers Pension Fund purchased a commercial property at 202 N. Sandy St., Jacksonville from Steven L. Quigg for $160,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,785.52, 2.99% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, four properties sold in Jacksonville.
