Jacksonville home prices fell in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Jacksonville fell by $14,000 while total sales increased by 20.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $98,000 - a 12.5% decrease over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Jacksonville in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Jacksonville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,961, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
