On Oct. 15, George W. Brenda A. Cowper purchased a home at 11 Clover Drive, Jacksonville from Roger J. Mills for $152,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,156.30, 2.08% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $125,500 on Nov. 3, 2009.

So far in October 2021, four properties sold in Jacksonville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Roger J. Mills has been registered to vote since 2009 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including five Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 11 Clover Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Elizabeth G. Issel, 59, Michael R. Issel, 62, Roger J. Mills, 78, and Sharon L. Mills, 65.
