On Oct. 4, Shawn C. Amy L. McCombs purchased a home at 32 Eleanor Lane, Jacksonville from Shanon L. Rachael R. Richardson for $252,500.

The last time this home sold was Aug. 16, 2019. It last sold for $195,000.

So far in October 2021, four properties sold in Jacksonville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were five registered voters residing at 32 Eleanor Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brent E Barrowes, 38, Sarah Lynn Barrowes, 32, Eldon G. Barrowes, 71, Susan R. Barrowes, 36, and Terese Alaine Barrowes, 66.
