September 2021: Home prices in Jacksonville fell

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2021 in Jacksonville fell by $5,100 while total sales remained unchanged with 29 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2021, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $99,900 - a 4.9% decrease over the $105,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Jacksonville in September 2020, as well.
