Falling home prices in Chapin in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Chapin fell by $15,100 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $29,900 - a 33.6% decrease over the $45,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Chapin in the third quarter of 2020.
