The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Jacksonville fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Jacksonville fell by $15,000 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 105 homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 13.6% decrease over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 98 homes sold in Jacksonville in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Jacksonville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,961, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
