Jacksonville home prices fell in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Jacksonville fell by $12,500 while total sales increased by 5.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,500 - a 10% decrease over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Jacksonville in October 2020.
