Meredith Cargill purchases 1913 Southview Court, S. Jacksonville

On Nov. 24, James A. Margaret M. Neese sold their home at 1913 Southview Court, S. Jacksonville to Meredith Cargill for $107,500.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,173.84, 2.02% of the sale price of the home.

So far in November 2021, two properties sold in South Jacksonville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, James A. Neese has been registered to vote since 2006 and has voted in at least 15 primary elections, records show, including 15 Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 1913 Southview Court, S. Jacksonville as of Oct. 10, 2020: Timothy G. Smith, 40, and James A. Neese, 98.
