TO: ANN MOFFIT, CITY CLERK: You are hereby directed to call a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Pittsfield, Pike County, Illinois for the hour of 5:00 p.m., at the City Council room, 215 North Monroe Street for the following purposes:
To select property and liability insurance plans for new plan year.

TO: ALDERMEN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PITTSFIELD, PIKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS: You are hereby notified that a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Pittsfield, Pike County, Illinois, has been called by the Mayor for the hour of 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at the City Council room, at 215 N. Monroe Street for the following purposes:
To select property and liability insurance plans for new plan year.

A special meeting for the City Council of the City of Pittsfield, Pike County, Illinois, was held at the City Council room at 215 North Monroe Street, on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose stated on the call. The following named officers were present: Mayor Gary Mendenhall, City Clerk Ann Moffit, and Aldermen Robert Wilson, Chris Little, Kevin Wombles, Kevin Ketchum, Robert Ritchart, Bill Grimsley, Paul Lennon and Beth White.
Mayor Mendenhall presided.
Alderman White moved to approve the property and liability insurance plan with ICRMT as presented with a premium of $112,144 less $306 due to increasing IM deductible to $5,000 and less $3,967 due to increasing liability deductible to $5,000 for a total property and liability premium of $107,871 for plan year December 1, 2021 – December 1, 2022, and a Workers’ Compensation plan with, Illinois Public Risk Fund (IPRF) with a premium of $56,685., for plan year January 1, 2022 – January 1, 2023. Alderman Ritchart seconded the motion.
Roll Call: Yea: Wilson, Little, Wombles, Ketchum, Ritchart, Grimsley, Lennon, White (8)
Nay: None (0)
The motion carried.
Alderman White moved to adjourn this meeting at 5:15 p.m.
