A) Discuss and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2022.  

B) Discuss status of Circuit Court filing of lawsuit to challenge consolidation law.   Discuss updated communication from FPIF regarding transition issues. 

10. NEW BUSINESS  

A) Discuss Illinois Department of Insurance Actuarial Valuation Report for funding by Municipality compared to the Municipality tax levy ordinance. 

B) Discuss upcoming election / appointment for board members 

* Steve King, active, term expires 5/10/2022 

* David Klendworth, active, term expires 5/10/22 

* Kevin Heitz, appointed, term expires 5/10/22 

C) Discuss Illinois Finance Entity Forms due February 28, 2022. 

D) Status of filing of Statement of Economic Interest with County Clerk by all board members. (Due May 1, 2022)  

E) Discuss death of beneficiary Floyd Anthony.
