1. Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held Monday, December 20, 2021.

2. Claims and Accounts

PUBLIC COMMENT – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. Comments submitted by mail or email will not be read aloud but a copy will be provided to each member of the Council and made a part of the minutes.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Consideration to authorize the acceptance and dedication of land from Helen Thorpe and Family for a pocket park in the 1200 and 1300 Block of East Pierce Street.

Final action will be in order.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of 1300 Maple Avenue in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-1 One-Family Residential to O/I Office/Institutional. This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

3. Other unfinished business.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration to accept the Agreement of Products, Licenses and Software between the City of Macomb and Routematch.

Attached is a memo from Transit Director Lambert for your review. Final action will be in order.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to create a special event liquor license for St. Paul’s Home and School Association Trivia Night.

A copy of the ordinance is attached for your review. Staff is asking for waiving of second reading since this is an annual event. Final action will be in order.

3. Consideration of an ordinance to create a special event liquor license for Macomb Arts Center Battle of the Brushes event.

A copy of the ordinance is attached for your review. Staff is asking for waiving of second reading since this is an annual event. Final action will be in order.

EXECUTIVE SESSION
