What happened to the median home price in Hamilton during the third quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Hamilton rose by $36,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $72,500 - a 98.6% increase over the $36,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Hamilton in the third quarter of 2019.
