The first quarter of 2020: Dallas City experienced a 12.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Dallas City fell by $2,300 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $16,500 - a 12.2% decrease over the $18,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dallas City in the first quarter of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Dallas City for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,056, approximately 6.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
