Rising home prices in Warsaw in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Warsaw rose by $11,750 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $54,250 - a 27.6% increase over the $42,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Warsaw in the first quarter of 2019.
