How did home prices perform in Hamilton during the third quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Hamilton fell by $39,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $36,500 - a 52% decrease over the $76,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Hamilton in the third quarter of 2018.
