The third quarter of 2019: Home prices in Warsaw increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Warsaw rose by $16,250 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $56,250 - a 40.6% increase over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Warsaw in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Warsaw for 2019 was $1,469. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,495. This marks an decrease of 1.7%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.6%.
