What happened to the median home price in Augusta during the third quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Augusta fell by $21,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $85,000 - a 20.4% decrease over the $106,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Augusta in the third quarter of 2018.
