What happened to the median home price in Nauvoo during the second half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Nauvoo rose by $9,000 while total sales increased by 142.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,500 - a 11.2% increase over the $80,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Nauvoo in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Nauvoo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,240, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
