What happened to the median home price in Nauvoo during the first half of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Nauvoo rose by $28,250 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,250 - a 43.5% increase over the $65,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Nauvoo in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Nauvoo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,240, approximately 2.4% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
