Home prices decreased in Bowen during the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Bowen fell by $28,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $12,000 - a 70% decrease over the $40,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Bowen in the second half of 2018.
