Pricing for the median home in Dallas City increased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Dallas City rose by $73,900 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,900 - a 1231.7% increase over the $6,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Dallas City in June 2020.
