January 2021: Home prices in Hamilton fell

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Hamilton fell by $51,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,500 - a 56.6% decrease over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Hamilton in January 2020.
