Rising home prices in La Harpe in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in La Harpe rose by $53,500 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,500 - a 162.1% increase over the $33,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in La Harpe in August 2016.
