1. Minutes of the Macomb City Council meeting held Tuesday, February 22, 2022 and Committee of the Whole meeting held on Monday, February 28, 2022.

PUBLIC COMMENT – Citizens wishing to address the City Council on matters germane to the agenda of the meeting will be limited to Three (3) minutes and are asked to be brief and concise in making their remarks. 1. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of 306 West Murray St., Macomb, Illinois 61455 in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-2 Single Family Residential to R-3 Two Family.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize a Special Use Permit to allow five residential units on a parcel in a B-2 General Business District at 217 W. Carroll St., Macomb, Illinois 61455. This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.

1. Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class R plus OL, SS liquor license for Los Charros East, Inc. d/b/a Los Charros.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.

2. Consideration to authorize the Committee of the Whole Power to Act on the ordinance to create a Class R plus OL, SS liquor license for Los Charros East, Inc. d/b/a Los Charros at their meeting scheduled for Monday, March 14, 2022.

3. Consideration to approve the updates to the McDonough County Public Transportation Passenger Handbook.

A memo from Transit Director Lambert is attached along with a copy of the handbook for your review. Final action will be in order.

4. Consideration to approve the updates to the McDonough County Public Transportation ADA Policy.

A memo from Transit Director Lambert is attached along with a copy of the policy for your review. Final action will be in order.

5. Consideration to authorize a one-year extension of the fuel contract with Herr Petroleum for the Public Works Department and Macomb Transit Facility.

A memo from PW Director Ohrtmann is attached for your review. Final action will be in order.

6. Consideration to enter into an agreement with Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) for modernization of existing traffic signals at the intersection of Jackson and Campbell Streets.

7. Consideration of a Funding Resolution with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) in the amount of $7,084.00 for modernization of the traffic signals at the intersection of Jackson and Campbell Streets.

8. Consideration of a Resolution for Improvements under the Illinois Highway Code for modernization of traffic signals at Jackson and Campbell Streets in the amount of $7,084.00.

9. Consideration to authorize the purchase of a V-box Salt Spreader from Sourcewell in the amount of $18,250.00 for the Operations Division of Public Works.

10. Consideration to authorize soliciting bids for a mini-excavator for the Operation Divisions of Public Works.

11. Consideration to authorize soliciting bids for South Dudley Street resurfacing and enter into an engineering agreement with IMEG Corp. for bidding assistance in the of amount, not to exceed, $3,500.00.

12. Consideration of an ordinance amending Section 17-26 of the Macomb Municipal Code pertaining to the Official Map.

13. Consideration of an ordinance approving and causing publication of the Official Zoning map of the City of Macomb, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading. A copy is attached for your review.
