The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $5,824.36. This is 4.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, seven properties sold in Jacksonville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 10 Shenandoah Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Marvin Bourne, 87, Doris L Jones, 92, and Jane E. Bourne, 83.
