On March 8, Jeremy Butler purchased a home at 1613 S. Clay Ave., S. Jacksonville from Brent Milnes for $69,900.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $2,041.68, 2.92% of the sale price of the home.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 11, 2012. It last sold for $55,000.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in South Jacksonville as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, David Spencer Waggener, 32, was the only registered voter residing at 1613 S. Clay Ave., S. Jacksonville as of Oct. 10, 2020.
