City of Macomb Committee of the Whole met Oct. 10.

2. Discussion on an ordinance approving the termination of the Macomb Downtown Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District Redevelopment Project Area, Plan and Projects.

5. Discussion on an ordinance adopting Tax Increment Financing for Macomb Downtown – East Side Tax Increment Financing District Plan, Projects and Redevelopment Project Area.

6. Discussion on making two amendments to Chapter 4 Alcoholic Beverages to create a Class E and Supplement Class OPC liquor classification.
