Verify cash balances in local checking account to pay beneficiaries and bills.

8. OLD BUSINESS

a) Discuss trustee training requirements and opportunities for 2023.

b) Review and approve Donald Stone annual disability review Decision and Order.

c) Review and approve cash flow statement and forms to request monies from FPIF.

9. NEW BUSINESS

a) Discuss and approve annual COLA increases, effective January 1, 2023.

b) Discuss and approve setting of 2023 board meeting dates (suggested dates are Thursdays at 11:00 a.m. (1/12; 4/13*; 7/13 and 10/12/2023) at Jacksonville City Hall. (*This date may change.)

c) Discuss trustee training requirements and opportunities for 2023.

d) Review and discuss the IDOI Actuarial Report and tax levy and demand letter to Municipality, if received.

e) Discuss IPPFA Regional Seminar in Carterville, Illinois on November 16, 2022.
