1. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of 136 West Carroll Street in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from B-2 General Business District to B-3 Downtown Business District.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
2. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a special use permit to allow first floor residential in a B-3 Downtown Business Zoning District at 136 West Carroll Street, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.
This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
3. Consideration of “An ordinance authorizing the issuance of Taxable General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $6,500,000 for the purpose of funding a portion of the City’s unfunded police pension liability relating to the police employees, funding a budget stabilization account, and paying for cost related thereto.” This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final approval.
