City of Jacksonville Plan Commission met Dec. 7.

2. Review petition to rezone property located at 1201 East Morton Avenue from M-2 to M-2 with Special Use, with the intent of applicants, Tim Dorsey & Dennis Werth, to use as a cannabis grow facility.
3. Review petition to rezone property located at 340 West College Avenue from B-3 to B-3 with special use, with the intent of applicant, Gurvinder Singh, to use as a liquor store/laundry facility.
4. Review petition to rezone property located at 1110 West Morton Avenue from B-3 to B-3 with Special Use, with the intent of applicant, Brett Hickey & Mark Wilhoite, to construct a restaurant with drive-through facility.
5. Review petition to rezone property located at 1775 West Walnut Street from M-1/B-3 to B-4, with the intent of applicant, Adam Jamison, to use for a sport/entertainment complex with food, beverage services and arcade.
6. Review petition to rezone property located at 1001 West Walnut Street from M-1to M-1 with special use, with the intent of applicants, Tim Hughes & Andy Fitz/Mastec Network Solutions to construct a wireless telecommunication tower.
