A. Second Reading of Press Issue 110 including the following policy section:

• 6:50 School Wellness

B. Consideration and Action on the Bid from Peters Heating & Air in the amount of $2,585,600.00 to complete roof overlay at the Middle School/High School due to storm damage

XII. Closed Session

Closed Session on the following subjects: a) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the School District; b) collective negotiating matters between the School District and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees; c) the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the District; d) the setting of a price for sale or lease of property owned by the District; e) the sale or purchase of investments; f) emergency security procedures; g) student disciplinary cases; h) the placement of individual students in special education programs and others matters relating to individual students; i) pending, probable, or imminent litigation; j) evaluation of attorney; k) approval of certain closed session minutes for distribution to the public; or other matters appropriate for closed session meeting pursuant to the Open Meetings Act.

XIII. Closed Session Matters: Approve any matter discussed in closed session as necessary and limited to that matter authorized for discussion in executive session by motion of the Board.

Consideration and Action on Superintendent and District Officer(s) to open and fund additional for the following accounts investing in FDIC insured Certificates of Deposit with United Wealth, a division of Brown County State Bank for terms not to exceed one year but at the discretion of the authorized as to placement otherwise.

Transportation Fund - $500,000.00, Capital Projects - $500,000.00, Working Cash - $500,000.00, Tort - $500,000.00

D. Consideration and Action on the Catastrophic Long-term Substitute Teaching Agreement – Whitley Walters for Jenna Harrelson – Maternity Leave

E. Consideration and Action on the Maternity Leave Request for Kember Logsdon – January 4, 2023 – Approximately March 6, 2023

F. Consideration and Action on the Employment of Danielle Bunge – High School Paraprofessional – effective January 4, 2023

G. Consideration and Action on the Employment of Angelica Keokham – Substitute Custodian – effective January 9, 2023
