UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of 815 Stadium Drive in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-2 Single Family Residential to R-4 Multiple Family. This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

2. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of 740 and 802 Stadium Drive in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-2 Single Family Residential to R-4 Multiple Family. This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

3. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the rezoning of 807 Stadium Drive in the City of Macomb, McDonough County, from R-2 Single Family Residential to R-4 Multiple Family. This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

4. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the sale of certain personal property (equipment and vehicles) owned by the City of Macomb.

This ordinance will be presented for second reading and final action.

NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration of an ordinance to create a Class E Liquor License submitted by Western Illinois Museum, located at 201 South Lafayette Street Macomb, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading.

2. Consideration of an ordinance Amending Chapter 4 of the Macomb Municipal Code and creating a Class V License Classification.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading.

3. Consideration of an ordinance to authorize the issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow cellular tower in an AG-1 Agriculture Zoning District at 517 Tower Rd., Macomb, IL 61455, Macomb, McDonough County, Illinois.

This ordinance will be presented for first reading.

4. Consideration to authorize the Waste Water Division of Public Works to solicit bids for the Sanitary Sewer Lining project.

5. Consideration to authorize an agreement for Professional Services between the City of Macomb and Maurer-Stutz Engineers to make application for a RAISE grant to USDOT for proposed Candy Lane Street Improvement Project, not to exceed $26,260.00.

6. Consideration to authorize WIRC to make grant application for the City of Macomb for the Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization grant, ($500,000.00), application deadline February 7, 2023.

7. Other new business.
